I am sorry that you're having an issue with your SONOS Players and Controllers connecting. On the iPad can you please try the following steps please. Make sure you have the information to sign on to your wireless network if secured.
On the iPad can you please try the following steps:
1. Go to Settings, Wi-Fi, and your network's name click on the blue circle with the white arrow on the right
2. Click on Forget this Network
3. Reconnect to your network again
4. Try to open the Sonos Controller Application again please and try to use it again.
If you're still having issues then reboot the wireless router from power for 15 seconds and then plug the router back into power. When the router is booted back up try the SONOS Controller again please. Let me know what happens.
